Summary
The Council may appoint experts and set up committees of experts to help it carry out its work. The terms and conditions for these appointments and committees will be decided through regulations.
The Council will grade arbitral institutions based on criteria such as their infrastructure, the quality and calibre of arbitrators, their performance, and how well they meet time limits for resolving domestic or international commercial arbitrations. The exact manner of grading will be specified by regulations.

–The Council may, appoint such experts and constitute such Committees of experts as it may consider necessary to discharge its functions on such terms and conditions as may be specified by the regulations. 43-I. General norms for grading of arbitral institutions.––The Council shall make grading of arbitral institutions on the basis of criteria relating to infrastructure, quality and calibre of arbitrators, performance and compliance of time limits for disposal of domestic or international commercial arbitrations, in such manner as may be specified by the regulations. 1[
