Summary

The Council is required to keep an electronic depository, or digital storehouse, of arbitral awards made in India. It must also keep other records connected to those awards. The specific way this depository is maintained and what other records are kept will be decided by regulations.

–The Council shall maintain an electronic depository of arbitral awards made in India and such other records related thereto in such manner as may be specified by the regulations.
