Summary

The Council may create regulations to carry out its work and meet its responsibilities under this Act. These regulations must be made in consultation with the Central Government, and they must stay consistent with the Act itself and any rules already made under it.

–The Council may, in consultation with the Central Government, make regulations, consistent with the provisions of this Act and the rules made thereunder, for the discharge of its functions and perform its duties under this Act.
