Summary

This section establishes that in matters covered by this Part of the Act, no court or judicial authority can intervene, regardless of what any other current law might say. The only exception is if this Part itself specifically allows for such intervention. In simple terms, judicial interference is barred unless the Act itself explicitly provides for it.

Notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, in matters governed by this Part, no judicial authority shall intervene except where so provided in this Part.
