If the Court is satisfied that the foreign award can be enforced under this Chapter, then the award is treated as if it were a decree of that Court. This means the award carries the same legal weight and enforceability as a court judgment.

Where the Court is satisfied that the foreign award is enforceable under this Chapter, the award shall be deemed to be a decree of the Court.
