Summary
The parties involved in the arbitration, or the arbitral tribunal itself if the parties agree, can arrange for outside administrative help. This help must come from a suitable institution or person, and its purpose is to make it easier to run the arbitration proceedings.

In order to facilitate the conduct of the arbitral proceedings, the parties, or the arbitral tribunal with the consent of the parties, may arrange for administrative assistance by a suitable institution or person.
