Summary

The parties involved in a conciliation must work with the conciliator honestly and in good faith. Specifically, they should try their best to follow any requests the conciliator makes, such as providing written documents, giving evidence, or showing up for meetings.

The parties shall in good faith co-operate with the conciliator and, in particular, shall endeavour to comply with requests by the conciliator to submit written materials, provide evidence and attend meetings.
