Summary
A person commits abduction if they use physical force to make someone leave a place, or if they use any kind of deception or trickery to persuade someone to leave a place. The act of abduction is complete simply when the person is made or induced to go from one place to another, regardless of what happens afterwards.
Official Text
Whoever by force compels, or by any deceitful means induces, any person to go from any place, is said to abduct that person.
