Summary

Nothing is an offence if it is done by a Judge while acting in a judicial capacity, in the exercise of any power that is actually given to him by law, or that he honestly and in good faith believes is given to him by law.

Nothing is an offence which is done by a Judge when acting judicially in the exercise of any power which is, or which in good faith he believes to be, given to him by law.
