Summary

Whoever is in charge of a hospital, whether public or private, and whether run by the Central Government, the State Government, local bodies, or any other person, and contravenes the provisions of section 397 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year, or with fine, or with both.
