BNSS Section 109 — Power to impound document, etc., produced

Summary

A court has the authority to take possession of any document or item that is presented to it during a legal proceeding under this law. The court can decide to do this if it considers it appropriate.

Any Court may, if it thinks fit, impound any document or thing produced before it under this Sanhita.
