Summary

If someone commits an act that is a crime only because it is connected to another crime (or to an act that would be a crime if the person could commit one), then the case for the first act can be investigated or tried in a court that has authority over the area where either act took place.

Official Text

When an act is an offence by reason of its relation to any other act which is also an offence or which would be an offence if the doer were capable of committing an offence, the first-mentioned offence may be inquired into or tried by a Court within whose local jurisdiction either act was done.
