Summary
In every summary trial where the accused person does not admit guilt, the Magistrate must write down the main points of the evidence presented. The Magistrate must also write a judgment that includes a short explanation of the reasons for the decision.
Official Text
In every case tried summarily in which the accused does not plead guilty, the Magistrate shall record the substance of the evidence and a judgment containing a brief statement of the reasons for the finding.
