CHAPTER XXV EVIDENCE IN INQUIRIES AND TRIALS

Summary
The State Government has the power to decide which language will be used in each court in the state, except for the High Court. This decision applies only for the purposes of this law.
Official Text
The State Government may determine what shall be, for purposes of this Sanhita, the language of each Court within the State other than the High Court.
