Summary
When a judge or magistrate finishes writing down what a witness said in court, they must also write down any important observations they have about how the witness behaved while giving their testimony.
Official Text
When a presiding Judge or Magistrate has recorded the evidence of a witness, he shall also record such remarks (if any) as he thinks material respecting the demeanour of such witness whilst under examination.
