Summary
Any court that handles a request to file a complaint under section 379 or an appeal under section 380 can decide who should pay the costs of the case. The court has the authority to make any order about costs that it considers fair.
Official Text
Any Court dealing with an application made to it for filing a complaint under section 379 or an appeal under section 380, shall have power to make such order as to costs as may be just.
