Summary
A person who agrees to act as a surety for an accused person's release on bail must make a declaration in court. This declaration must state how many people the surety has already stood surety for, including the current accused. The surety must also provide all relevant details about those other cases.
Official Text
Every person standing surety to an accused person for his release on bail, shall make a declaration before the Court as to the number of persons to whom he has stood surety including the accused, giving therein all the relevant particulars.
