CHAPTER XXXIX MISCELLANEOUS

General

Summary

Subject to the power of the High Court under Article 227 of the Constitution, the forms given in the Second Schedule of this Act may be used for the purposes mentioned in that Schedule. You can change these forms as needed to fit the specific situation. If you use these forms, they will be considered legally sufficient.

Subject to the power conferred by article 227 of the Constitution, the forms set forth in the Second Schedule, with such variations as the circumstances of each case require, may be used for the respective purposes therein mentioned, and if used shall be sufficient.
