Summary
No person who has been arrested by a police officer can be released from custody unless they provide a personal bond or a bail bond, or unless a Magistrate gives a special order for their release.

No person who has been arrested by a police officer shall be discharged except on his bond, or bail bond, or under the special order of a Magistrate.
