BSA Section 103 — Saving of provisions of Indian Succession Act relating to wills

Summary

Nothing in this Chapter changes or interferes with any of the rules in the Indian Succession Act, 1925 that deal with how wills are interpreted or understood. In other words, the provisions in this Chapter do not override or modify those will-construction rules, and those rules continue to apply as they are.
