BSA Section 129 — Evidence as to affairs of State

Summary

No one is allowed to give evidence that comes from unpublished official records about any affairs of State, unless they have the permission of the officer who heads the department concerned. That officer may give or withhold this permission as they see fit.

Official Text

No one shall be permitted to give any evidence derived from unpublished official records relating to any affairs of State, except with the permission of the officer at the head of the department concerned, who shall give or withhold such permission as he thinks fit.
