Summary

An admission is a statement, whether spoken, written, or in electronic form, that suggests some conclusion about a fact that is in dispute or a fact that is relevant to the case. This statement must be made by one of the persons, and under the circumstances, that are described later in this Act.

An admission is a statement, oral or documentary or contained in electronic form, which suggests any inference as to any fact in issue or relevant fact, and which is made by any of the persons, and under the circumstances, hereinafter mentioned.
