BSA Section 150 — When witness to be compelled to answer

If a question asked of a witness relates to a matter that is relevant to the suit or proceeding, then the rules under section 137 will apply to that question.

If any such question relates to a matter relevant to the suit or proceeding, the provisions of section 137 shall apply thereto.
