CPC Section 102 — No second appeal in certain cases
Civil
Summary
No second appeal is allowed in a case where the original lawsuit was only about recovering money, and that amount is twenty-five thousand rupees or less. This means if the original claim was for a small sum, the legal process ends earlier and you cannot file a further appeal after the first appeal is decided.
