The rules listed in the First Schedule of this Code are treated as if they are part of the main law itself. They will remain in force unless they are cancelled or changed using the procedures described in this Part of the Code.

Official Text

The rules in a First Schedule shall have effect as if enacted in the body of this Code until annulled or altered in accordance with the provisions of this Part.
