CPC Section 126 — Rules to be subject to approval

Summary

Any rules created under the earlier sections of this law must first be approved by the state government where the court is located. If the court is not located in any state, then the rules must be approved by the central government instead.

Rules made under the foregoing provisions shall be subject to the previous approval of the Government of the State in which the Court whose procedure the rules regulate is situate or, if that Court is not situate in any State, to the previous approval of Central Government.
