Summary

Rules that are created and approved under this law must be published in the Official Gazette. Once published, these rules have the same legal force and effect as if they were part of the First Schedule of this Act, but only within the area where the High Court that made them has authority. The rules take effect from the date of publication or from any other date that is specifically mentioned.

Official Text

Rules so made and approved shall be published in the Official Gazette, and shall from the date of publication or from such other date as may be specified have the same force and effect, within the local limits of the jurisdiction of the High Court which made them, as if they had been contained in the First Schedule.
