Summary

A court can fix small writing or math mistakes in its own judgments, decrees, or orders, as well as errors that happened because of an accidental slip or oversight. The court can do this on its own or if one of the parties asks for it, and it can be done at any time.

Clerical or arithmetical mistakes in judgments, decrees or orders or errors arising therein from any accidental slip or omission may at any time be corrected by the Court either of its own motion or on the application of any of the parties.
