Summary
When a court receives a decree from another court to carry out its orders, the receiving court must send a report back to the original court. This report must state whether the decree was successfully executed, or if it was not, explain the reasons for the failure.
Official Text
The Court to which a decree is sent for execution shall certify to the Court which passed it the fact of such execution, or where the former Court fails to execute the same the circumstances attending such failure.
