The provisions of this Chapter apply to foreign companies in the same way they apply to domestic companies, with necessary modifications. This means that the rules for inspection, inquiry, or investigation under this Chapter are extended to cover foreign companies as well.

The provisions of this Chapter shall apply mutatis mutandis to inspection, inquiry or investigation in relation to foreign companies.
