Summary
Sub-section (1) states that promoters, directors, officers, and employees of the company—whether they are currently employed by it, or have been employed by it in the past, or are or were acting or associated with it—must give full cooperation to the Company Liquidator in carrying out the liquidator's functions and duties.
Sub-section (2) provides that if any person who is required to assist or cooperate with the Company Liquidator under sub-section (1) fails to do so, the Company Liquidator may apply to the Tribunal for necessary directions in the matter.
Sub-section (3) states that when the Tribunal receives such an application, it must pass an order directing the person concerned to comply with the instructions of the Company Liquidator and to cooperate with the liquidator in discharging the liquidator's functions and duties.

(1) The promoters, directors, officers and employees, who are or have been in employment of the company or acting or associated with the company shall extend full cooperation to the Company Liquidator in discharge of his functions and duties. 1[
(2) If any person required to assist or cooperate with the Company Liquidator under sub-section (1) does not assist or cooperate, the Company Liquidator may make an application to the Tribunal for necessary directions.
(3) On receiving an application under sub-section (2), the Tribunal shall, by an order, direct the person required to assist or cooperate with the Company Liquidator to comply with the instructions of the Company Liquidator and to cooperate with him in discharging his functions and duties.]
