Summary
Sub-section (1) requires the Company Liquidator to send regular reports to the Tribunal about how the winding up of the company is progressing. These reports must be sent at least once every three months, at the end of each quarter, and must follow the format and method that has been prescribed by the rules.
Sub-section (2) allows the Tribunal to review its own earlier orders if the Company Liquidator asks for this. When such a request is made, the Tribunal can change or adjust those orders in whatever way it considers appropriate.

(1) The Company Liquidator shall make periodical reports to the Tribunal and in any case make a report at the end of each quarter with respect to the progress of the winding up of the company in such form and manner as may be prescribed.
(2) The Tribunal may, on an application by the Company Liquidator, review the orders made by it and make such modifications as it thinks fit.
