Summary
Every Official Liquidator must deposit the money they receive in their role as Official Liquidator of a company into the public account of India held with the Reserve Bank of India. This payment must be made in the manner and at the times that are prescribed by the relevant rules.
Official Text
Every Official Liquidator shall, in such manner and at such times as may be prescribed, pay the monies received by him as Official Liquidator of any company, into the public account of India in the Reserve Bank of India.
