Summary

The provisions of this Chapter will take effect even if they conflict with anything else in this Act, any other current law, or any document created under such a law. In case of a clash, this Chapter wins.

However, any part of that other Act, law, or document that is not changed by, or does not conflict with, this Chapter will still apply to the Producer Company. So the rest of the law continues to operate where this Chapter does not override it.

The provisions of this Chapter shall have effect notwithstanding anything inconsistent therewith contained in this Act or any other law for the time being in force or any instrument having effect by virtue of any such law; but the provisions of any such Act or law or instrument in so far as the same are not varied by, or are inconsistent with, the provisions of this Chapter shall apply to the Producer Company.
