A fee must be paid to the Registrar for registering any document that this Chapter requires the Registrar to register. The amount of this fee is whatever is prescribed by the rules.

There shall be paid to the Registrar for registering any document required by the provisions of this Chapter to be registered by him, such fee, as may be prescribed.
