Summary

Parliament has the power to create laws about how people get or lose citizenship, and about any other citizenship-related matters. The earlier rules in this Part of the Constitution do not take away or reduce that power.

Official Text

Nothing in the foregoing provisions of this Part shall derogate from the power of Parliament to make any provision with respect to the acquisition and termination of citizenship and all other matters relating to citizenship.
