The Supreme Court normally holds its sessions in Delhi. However, the Chief Justice of India can decide to hold court in other locations as well, but only if the President agrees to that choice.

The Supreme Court shall sit in Delhi or in such other place or places, as the Chief Justice of India may, with the approval of the President, from time to time, appoint.
