State legislatures are not allowed to have debates or discussions about how a Supreme Court or High Court judge performs their official duties. This rule applies to any judge of these courts, and it prevents the legislature from criticizing or evaluating their work during legislative proceedings.

No discussion shall take place in the Legislature of a State with respect to the conduct of any Judge of the Supreme Court or of a High Court in the discharge of his duties.
