All courts that handle civil, criminal, and revenue matters, as well as all government authorities and officials—whether judicial, executive, or ministerial—across India will keep doing their jobs as before, but they must now follow the rules set out in this Constitution.

All courts of civil, criminal and revenue jurisdiction, all authorities and all officers, judicial, executive and ministerial, throughout the territory of India, shall continue to exercise their respective functions subject to the provisions of this Constitution.
