A judgment, order, or decree that is not covered by section 41 can be used as evidence if it deals with a matter of public importance that is relevant to the case. However, such a judgment, order, or decree does not serve as final or conclusive proof of the facts it states.

Judgments, orders or decrees other than those mentioned in section 41, are relevant if they relate to matters of a public nature relevant to the enquiry, but such judgments, orders or decrees are not conclusive proof of that which they state.
