Summary

Facts that are not normally relevant to a case can become relevant if they either support or contradict the opinion of an expert witness, as long as that expert's opinion itself is relevant to the case.

Facts, not otherwise relevant, are relevant if they support or are inconsistent with the opinion of experts, when such opinions are relevant.
