Summary

A person acts fraudulently when they do something with the specific intention to deceive or cheat someone. If there is no such intention to defraud, the action is not considered fraudulent under this definition.

Official Text

A person is said to do a thing fraudulently if he does that thing with intent to defraud but not otherwise.
