Summary

Whoever takes any person out of India without that person’s consent, or without the consent of someone who is legally allowed to give consent on that person’s behalf, is considered to have kidnapped that person from India.

Official Text

Whoever conveys any person beyond the limits of India without the consent of that person, or of some person legally authorized to consent on behalf of that person, is said to kidnap that person from India.
