Summary
Whoever commits the act of cheating can be punished by imprisonment for up to one year, or by a fine, or by both. The imprisonment may be either simple or rigorous.

Whoever cheats shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to one year, or with fine, or with both.
