IPC Section 446 — House-breaking by night

Summary

If a person commits house-breaking during the time between sunset and sunrise, the law calls this offence "house-breaking by night." This section simply defines that specific timing for the act.

Whoever commits house-breaking after sunset and before sunrise, is said to commit “house-breaking by night”.
