Summary

If a bailee mixes the bailor's goods with the bailee's own goods, and the bailor has agreed to this mixing, then both the bailor and the bailee will have an ownership interest in the resulting mixture. Their interest in the mixture is proportional to the value or share of goods each person contributed to it.

If the bailee, with the consent of the bailor, mixes the goods of the bailor with his own goods, the bailor and the bailee shall have an interest, in proportion to their respective shares, in the mixture thus produced.
