Summary

If a bailee mixes the goods they are holding for the bailor with their own goods, and does so without the bailor's permission, and the mixing makes it impossible to separate the bailed goods from the other goods and give them back, then the bailor has the right to be compensated by the bailee for the loss of those goods.

If the bailee, without the consent of the bailor, mixes the goods of the bailor with his own goods, in such a manner that it is impossible to separate the goods bailed from the other goods, and deliver them back, the bailor is entitled to be compensated by the bailee for the loss of the goods.
