Summary
A person who enters into a contract while claiming to act as an agent for someone else cannot demand that the contract be carried out if, in truth, they were acting on their own behalf and not as an agent. In other words, if you pretend to be an agent but are actually the real party to the deal, you lose the right to enforce the contract.

A person with whom a contract has been entered into in the character of agent, is not entitled to require the performance of it, if he was in reality acting, not as agent, but on his own account.
