Summary

An application to renew a licence must be made in the form prescribed by the Central Government.

The application must also be accompanied by the required fee, which cannot be more than five thousand rupees, as set by the Central Government. This application must be submitted at least forty-five days before the licence's period of validity expires.

Official Text

An application for renewal of a licence shall be—

(a) in such form;

(b) accompanied by such fees, not exceeding five thousand rupees, as may be prescribed by the Central Government and shall be made not less than forty-five days before the date of expiry of the period of validity of the licence.
