Summary

The Central Government is allowed to issue directions to any State Government about how to carry out or implement the provisions of this Act, as well as any rules, regulations, or orders made under it. This means the central authority can guide state authorities on putting the law into practice within their state.

Official Text

The Central Government may give directions to any State Government as to the carrying into execution in the State of any of the provisions of this Act or of any rule, regulation or order made thereunder.
